4 Steps to Our Wedding Gown Rental
Whether you’re opting for our wedding gown rentals or dreaming of owning one of our exclusive designs, our process is designed to make your bridal journey effortless and enjoyable.

Start your journey with a personalised gown viewing at our one-stop bridal boutique—our complimentary one-hour consultation designed for couples.
During this session, you’ll explore our stunning collection of your dream wedding dresses, discuss packages and rates, and understand our fitting process.
Please note that this viewing is aimed at helping you envision your perfect bridal look; therefore, trying on gowns is not permitted during this appointment.
Customisation options are available exclusively for brides who purchase their wedding gown from The Wedding Brocade.

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll secure your chosen gown with a 30% deposit of the selected package. Your outfit selection will typically take place 3-5 months before your wedding day during a 2-hour guided session with our stylists.
You’ll try on three outfits from each category included in your booked package, and we’ll take your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
You also have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your package without penalty before a 50% deposit is collected after finalising your outfits. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising those who sign up first for the initial fitting session.

After your outfit selection, we’ll schedule a final fitting during the week of your wedding to make any last-minute adjustments and ensure everything looks perfect on your special day!

We know how important it is for your wedding attire to arrive on time and in perfect condition. That’s why we offer tailored delivery options to ensure you receive your outfits with ease.
For Packages: Your beautiful wedding outfits will be delivered on Thursday or Friday between 5 PM and 10 PM, giving you ample time to prepare for your special day.
For Ala-Carte Services: You can conveniently collect your outfits after your final fitting appointment.
Once your delivery is scheduled, you can focus on the excitement of your wedding day!
